Maria is an information service. She watches flight prices you ask about and tells you what she makes of them. She is not a travel agent, tour operator or booking site: she does not sell flights, take payment for travel, or hold your money. When you decide to book, you do so directly with an airline or seller, under their terms.
Fares change constantly and availability can disappear between Maria finding a price and you booking it. Prices shown are indicative and may be wrong or out of date. Always confirm the final price and conditions at the point of booking. Baggage allowances, fare rules and seller policies are summarised for convenience and may be incomplete.
Maria screens sellers against public signals such as ATOL and IATA listings and Trustpilot ratings, and will say when something looks risky. This is a best-effort filter to help you avoid obvious traps — it is not an endorsement, a guarantee, or financial protection. Whether a booking is ATOL protected is determined by the seller and what you buy, not by Maria.
Maria is in an invite-only beta and is free during it. The service may be unavailable, interrupted or changed at any time. If pricing is introduced later, anyone already using the free beta will be told in advance and will not be charged without opting in.
Some booking links Maria sends (for example to Aviasales) are affiliate links: if you book after clicking one, Maria may earn a commission from the seller. This never changes the price you pay, and it never changes which fare Maria recommends — recommendations are ranked on price, trust checks and convenience, not on commission.
Each account has limits on watched routes and on-demand checks. Access may be suspended for automated abuse or attempts to disrupt the service.
Maria is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, AskMaria.app is not liable for losses arising from relying on price information, missed fares, or bookings made with third parties. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
