Ask Maria is a free, open beta — there is nothing to pay and nothing to cancel. If that changes, these terms will be updated with proper pricing, cancellation and renewal information before any payment is taken, and you'll be told first.

What Maria is

Maria is an information service. She watches flight prices you ask about and tells you what she makes of them. She is not a travel agent, tour operator or booking site: she does not sell flights, take payment for travel, or hold your money. When you decide to book, you do so directly with an airline or seller, under their terms.

No guarantees on prices

Fares change constantly and availability can disappear between Maria finding a price and you booking it. Prices shown are indicative and may be wrong or out of date. Always confirm the final price and conditions at the point of booking. Baggage allowances, fare rules and seller policies are summarised for convenience and may be incomplete.

Who you book with

Maria does not vet or screen sellers, and nothing she says is an endorsement of one. When she shows a fare, check who is selling it and on what terms before you pay. Whether a booking is ATOL protected is determined by the seller and what you buy, and you should confirm it with them directly.

Beta

Maria is free during her beta. Places are capped, so if she is at capacity when you join you may wait a short time before she starts watching. The service may be unavailable, interrupted or changed at any time. If pricing is introduced later, anyone already using the free beta will be told in advance and will not be charged without opting in.

Affiliate links

Some booking links Maria sends (for example to Aviasales) are affiliate links: if you book after clicking one, Maria may earn a commission from the seller. This never changes the price you pay, and it never changes which fare Maria recommends — recommendations are ranked on price, trust checks and convenience, not on commission.

Fair use

Each account has limits on watched routes and on-demand checks. Access may be suspended for automated abuse or attempts to disrupt the service.

Liability

Maria is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, AskMaria.app is not liable for losses arising from relying on price information, missed fares, or bookings made with third parties. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
